Whilst they are all doing their utmost to maintain a normal service level and most deliveries will arrive on time and without any issues, this is not always possible and all delivery services can be subject to delays. Therefore during this period Next Working Day and all Timed services are NOT GUARANTEED. Our Customer Service team are doing everything they can to keep in touch with our delivery service partners (FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail) but it can take some time for our partners to keep us up to date on delivery services during the time, we know some of these issues are taking longer than normal to resolve but rest assured we are doing all we can to support your business in this situation. We have been advised by our main courier partners, APC and DHL, that they are still transporting record-breaking amounts of packages across the UK. While they are doing a brilliant job coping with the huge increase in parcel traffic, their drivers, depots, and customer service teams continue to be under increased pressure to ensure things are being delivered/resolved as promptly as possible. Response times regarding queries continue to be slower than usual. Please accept our apologies in advance for any disruption this may cause.
