As this is a new service, please contact us with your requirements, and we will let you know how we can help.

The standard battery replacement service for UP up to 3000VA will be a flat fee of £49.99, which excludes the collection of the UPS (we will also arrange collection for you) but includes the re-delivery of the UPS back to you. The only other additional fees will be the cost of the batteries that we’re replacing inside the UPS. Once we know which batteries they are, we will give you a detailed breakdown of the total cost.

We promise only ever to charge you for three things:

1. Collection Fee For UPS

2. The cost of the batteries we’re replacing

3. £49.99 cost of our service for replacing the batteries inside the UPS & returning it to you
